The deadline for submission of abstracts - January 17th 2025.
Abstract submission can ONLY be done through the CNCI CANCER UPDATE 2025 website. Abstract submissions are available online only. Abstracts sent by email, fax or post will not be considered.
Only delegates registered for CNCI CANCER UPDATE 2025 are allowed to submit abstracts.
The abstract can be submitted under one of the following themes:
Head & Neck – LARYNX / ORAL CAVITY & ITF
Upper G.I- ESOPHAGUS / STOMACH
All abstracts must be related to only malignancies related to Larynx/ Oral cavity/ ITF/ Stomach/ Esophagus for acceptance.
Abstracts must contain original material, not published or presented at any other meeting before the CNCI CANCER UPDATE 2025 meeting.
Only abstracts submitted in English (.doc) will be accepted.
All abstracts (for poster or oral presentation) must be submitted in the same prescribed format.
The abstract should not contain any tables. No Images, graphs or illustrations are allowed in the abstract.
The presenting author needs to be identified at the time of submission.
The names and affiliations of all authors & e- mail id of principal author must be stated.
The abstract text should be restricted to 2500 characters (approximately 250 words). The abstract should be submitted as a structured abstract under the following headings:
Title, Authors, Background / Purpose, Methods, Results & Conclusion.
The submitted scripts will be reviewed by a panel of experts in a blinded and coded fashion; the delegates shall be informed about the acceptance (15 in Head & Neck & 15 in G.I category) subsequently through e- mail.
The CNCI CANCER UPDATE 2025 Committee reserves the right to withdraw a paper at any time. CRITERIA FOR DISQUALIFICATION (E-poster)
Steps for Abstract Submission:
Log on to the CNCI CANCER UPDATE 2025 website.
Click on Abstracts.
Read the general guidelines.
Click on the category (Head & Neck or Upper G.I) in which you want to submit the abstract.
Read the guidelines for abstract submission in that category.
Upload your registration I.D & registered e-mail id -> Abstract submission window will open.
Now upload your abstract.
Once it is uploaded, press the submit button on the screen.
Only, if you get a dialogue box on the screen that your “Abstract has been submitted successfully” has your abstract been successfully uploaded.
